Yes, we can communicate in Russian for key communications including quotations, inspection reports, and shipping updates. This ensures smooth collaboration for clients from Russia, Central Asia, and other Russian-speaking markets.

This is where Z-Pick differs from typical sourcing agents. We provide full after-sales support on the China side — communicating with suppliers, arranging replacements or refunds, and resolving issues quickly. We don’t disappear after shipment.

Our service fee ranges from a transparent commission, discussed per project of your FOB order value, with a $100 minimum for orders under $1,000. The exact rate depends on three factors:

1. Order value — larger orders qualify for lower rates
2. SKU count — mixed orders with many SKUs require more coordination
3. Number of suppliers — consolidating from multiple factories adds complexity

Every Z-Pick client gets two things from day one:

1. A shared WhatsApp group — you, Yumi, and (with your permission) the factory contact, so every question and update is in one transparent channel.
2. An online order tracking sheet — updated at every stage: deposit received, sample approved, materials in, production started, mid-production check, pre-shipment QC, container loading, and documents ready.

At key stages you receive photo evidence: production-line photos, mid-inspection photos, pre-shipment QC photos, and loading photos. No more “trust me, it’s on the way.”

We strongly recommend samples before bulk production — it is the cheapest insurance in sourcing.

• Sample cost: the factory’s sample fee (often refundable against a bulk order).
• Our handling fee: $50 per supplier, covering sourcing, quality check, consolidation, and coordination.
• Consolidation: if you sample from multiple factories, we collect everything into one parcel and ship it together — saving you international courier fees.
• Refund terms: for qualified bulk orders, sample fees may be partially or fully refunded by the factory; terms are confirmed before sampling, case by case.

Yes. We coordinate with qualified third-party laboratories and certification bodies for:

• EAC declaration/certificate for Russia and the EAEU market (Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia)
• GCC conformity for Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, etc.)
• Halal certificate where required
• Food-contact material test reports for kitchenware and beauty tools
• Other product-safety tests (CE, REACH, LFGB) on request

We work under EXW, FOB, and CIF terms. We do not offer DDP — we do not advance import duties or take on destination clearance risk, which is how some agents inflate prices. We can recommend the best channel based on your volume and lead time:

• Russia & EAEU: sea freight, railway freight, air freight
• Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan): railway priority for LCL cargo; truck freight; air for urgent shipments
• Middle East (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait): sea freight (full container and LCL), air freight
• Egypt & Turkey: sea and air solutions
• Consolidation: we collect goods from multiple suppliers at our China warehouse, repack and reinforce, then ship in one consignment — 30 days free storage

Import duty and local clearance are charged at actual destination rates; we provide reference data based on your HS code.
