Your China Market Strategist
23 years of personal factory experience. Small orders welcome. You inspect before you pay — or you don’t pay.
Our Story
After 23 years working in China’s manufacturing ecosystem — from the garment accessory markets of Guangzhou to the hardware hubs of Zhejiang — I founded Z-Pick in 2025 with one goal: to give international buyers a partner who does far more than source products.
Most sourcing agents stop at finding factories and arranging shipping. I do something different. Before your goods ever leave China, I act as your China Market Strategist — auditing supplier photos against reality, assessing whether a product will actually sell in your market, intercepting quality risks before they become your problem, and advising on go/no-go decisions that protect your investment.
I started as a sales representative, worked my way up to sourcing director, and personally handled thousands of shipments along the way. I’ve negotiated with hundreds of factories, resolved every kind of quality dispute imaginable, and learned exactly which suppliers deliver and which ones cut corners.
Z-Pick is intentionally small. When you work with us, you deal directly with me — not an account manager, not a sales rep. No layers, no markups, no handoffs.
Why Choose Z-Pick:
- Transparency: You see every cost — factory price, service fee, shipping. No markups.
- Quality First: 100% pre-shipment inspection with photos and videos before you pay.
- After-Sales Commitment: I don’t disappear after delivery. I’m your person in China, always.

Meet Your Sourcing Partner
Hi, I’m Yumi Yang — founder of Z-Pick. With 23 years in international trade, I’ve helped buyers from the Middle East, Central Asia, and North Africa source quality products from China. From first inquiry to after-sales support, I personally oversee every account. Let’s talk about what you need.

What Sets Us Apart
- Image Authenticity Audit Those perfect factory photos on 1688 and Alibaba? They rarely match reality. I compare every supplier’s marketing images against the actual goods — checking for color deviations, material downgrades, workmanship issues, and size discrepancies. If the product doesn’t match what you were promised, I catch it before it ships.
- Market Fit Assessment A product that passes QC can still fail in your market. I evaluate whether the quality level, price point, and design will actually sell in Russia, Central Asia, the Middle East, or North Africa. This isn’t pass/fail inspection — it’s commercial judgment built on 23 years of trade experience.
- Risk Interception When I spot a problem — wrong color, cheap material, poor finishing — I don’t just note it on a report. I contact you immediately, explain the issue, and recommend a course of action. Return the goods. Negotiate a price reduction. Switch suppliers. The decision is yours; the analysis is mine. And because the goods are still in China, fixing the problem costs nothing. Once they cross the border, returns often cost more than the products themselves.
- Purchasing Decision Advisory I’m not here to rubber-stamp orders. I’m here to help you make better buying decisions. Based on what I see at the factory and in the goods, I’ll tell you when to push for a discount, when to demand a remake, when to walk away from a supplier, and when everything looks good to go. Think of me as your China-side analyst, not just your inspector.
