Clear steps. Real inspections. Standards you can check, trace and verify.

You shouldn’t have to take a sourcing agent’s word for it. Here’s exactly how we work — from finding the goods to the moment they ship — and the evidence you receive at each step.

Our Process: Four Clear Steps

1 · Understand & Source
We start with your market and your product list, then source through our network of specialised factories — and compare options, so you’re not limited to one supplier’s price.

2 · Sample & Quote Transparently
You receive the factory’s own quotation plus a clearly agreed service fee, confirmed in writing before you commit. Samples are approved before bulk production.

3 · Produce & Inspect
We monitor production and then open the cartons and inspect the goods against the order — not just glance at the outer box, the shipping marks and a headcount. Findings are documented with photos and video.

4 · Consolidate & Ship
Multiple suppliers are consolidated into one shipment, with complete documents and export customs handled under the proper paperwork.

What Our Inspection Covers

Every shipment is checked against the order and the approved sample — including the details an outsider can easily miss:

  • Quantity & packing — cartons opened and counted, not accepted sealed.
  • Colour & style — matched against the approved sample and order specifications, never judged “good or bad” by guesswork.
  • Workmanship — for plated/metal parts we look for burrs, plating water-marks, blistering, bubbles and missed plating; for sewn goods, stitching, trim and finishing; plus function checks where the product requires.
  • Labels, tags & retail packaging — checked against your requirements.

A standard you can trace

  • Sampling based on AQL (Level II, AQL 2.5) with defined critical / major / minor defect categories.
  • Piece-by-piece inspection on key styles when the product calls for it.
  • A written report with photo and video evidence, shared before the goods leave China.

We don’t claim “zero defects” as a slogan. We show you the sampling plan, the defects we found and the images — so you decide with facts.

Inspection in Action: A Real Case

Ceramic decorative pieces, incoming inspection. Opening the cartons and checking each piece, our inspector found items with chipped corners and missing glaze. The damaged pieces were held back before shipment.

What it shows: cartons opened, each piece examined against the order, defects caught up front — not accepted on a box-count. (video on file)

Why the Inspection Is Trustworthy

Quality is handled by experienced QC specialists who know each industry — the kind of plating and finishing faults a factory could wave past an outsider are exactly what they’re trained to catch. When order volume calls for it, we also bring in dedicated third-party QC services. We focus on the calibre of the inspection, not headcount numbers.

The result is simple: at an ordinary price, you receive goods that have been genuinely checked and measured — not merely counted and boxed.

Fees & Suppliers: Nothing Hidden

  • One transparent service fee, discussed per project and confirmed up front. No hidden factory commissions or rebates, and no profit buried in the unit price.
  • The factory is disclosed to you — name, location and certifications — so you can verify it directly.
  • We work with a network of specialised factories, selected and overseen personally; we don’t pretend to own them.

Payment: Clear Options, Safety Matched to Each

  • Preferred — overseas transfer to a company account. You pay from abroad to our company account and we handle export customs under our own paperwork: the cleanest, fully compliant route.
  • If that isn’t possible for you, payment can go directly to the factory’s account, with goods arranged for export under the appropriate qualifications. The goods payment then doesn’t pass through us; we coordinate everything and invoice you separately for the small service fee.
  • We’ll explain the options and keep a clear paper trail — proforma invoice, contract and shipping documents — rather than simply saying “no.”

What We Don’t Do

  • No chemical products (adhesives, gels, magnetic liner, bond & seal), even when requested.
  • No false claims about team size, factory ownership or certifications.
  • Categories outside our specialisation are referred to a suitable specialist.

We’d rather tell you “that’s not our strength” than take an order we can’t stand behind.
